Many thanks for your latest project with us - consolidating several index annuities into a 20 year certain immediate annuity.

I will always be grateful for you strongly advising us in the fall of 2001 to move quickly from a variable annuity to an index annuity to help preserve values because of deteriorating market prices.  Now those index annuities have been converted to an immediate annuity, allowing us more flexibility in our financial plan.

I've always appreciated your knowledge, promptness, and broad insurance industry experience to help us in decision-making.
